Studio Rules & Regulations

To ensure a smooth experience and maintain the highest production quality for every creator, we request all clients to carefully review the following guidelines before booking.

Booking & Rescheduling

• All bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

• Bookings are confirmed only after advance payment is received.

• One reschedule is allowed free of charge.

• Any further changes will be treated as a new booking, and the previous booking amount will be considered a cancellation fee.

Payments (Strict Policy)

• ₹1000 advance payment is required to confirm your booking.

• Delayed or pending payments are not accepted under any circumstances.

• Any additional services, overtime, or add-ons must be cleared immediately after the session.

• For long-term or custom projects, payment terms will be predefined and must be strictly followed.

Timings & Arrival

• Clients may arrive up to 30 minutes before their scheduled time.

• A 1-hour booking includes 55 minutes of shoot time; 5 minutes are allocated for setup (audio, lighting, cameras).

• Your session will start and end strictly as per the booked time, regardless of late arrival.

• Delays from the client’s side will not result in extended time.

• Buffer time is strictly for setup and pack-up, not for additional shooting.

• Extra time will be chargeable as per studio rates.

Data & File Handling

• Clients must bring their own compatible SSD or storage device to collect footage immediately after the shoot.

• If a client fails to carry a proper storage device, data storage will not be our responsibility.

• If footage needs to be shared online, a fee of ₹200 per podcast/session will be charged.

• We are not liable for data loss once files are handed over or after the session ends.

Extensions & Overtime

• Extensions are only possible if the next slot is available.

• Additional time will be charged as per the hourly rate.

• No extension will be allowed if another booking is scheduled immediately after your session.

Studio Usage & Responsibility

• Clients are expected to handle all equipment and studio property with care.

• Any damage caused to equipment, furniture, or setup will be charged accordingly.

• The studio reserves the right to stop the shoot if equipment is being misused.

Content & Conduct

• The studio maintains a professional working environment.

• Any form of misconduct, inappropriate behavior, or misuse of the space will lead to immediate termination of the session without refund.

Custom Plans & Long-Term Projects

• For brands, agencies, or creators planning regular shoots or long-term collaborations, we offer customized packages.

• Terms for such projects (pricing, timelines, deliverables) will be mutually agreed upon in advance.
